I have experienced this hotel as a fantastic, warm and beautiful hotel. Fantastic service and a great smile! The Mint & Pepper resto serves as a great breakfast room, but also for dinner or just a drink. Thanks to Pak Budi and his team. Their is also a fantastic pool. I would specifically like to thank Ms. Elsa Hindriyani and her team for taking care of cleaning my room everyday, doing the laundry and give me some extra attention to feel at home.

great location next to the living world mall but also opposite an open shopping and restaurant area. Great for killing a few hours. The swimming pool is one of the best in the area- better then many higher star rated hotels.

The breakfast was very good every day. Regina went out of her way to make sure we got our hot chocolate every morning. She is a hard worker, very friendly, and a great asset to your hotel.

The breakfast is quite good. I think that there are lack amount of hotel staff for service the guest in maximum capacity. the food served with slow speed service

First and foremost, the location. It's so close to living world, flavor bliss, hospital, etc. Also, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. My niece accidentaly left her wallet during this visit and it came back to her perfectly. I and my family have been staying at Mercure Alam Sutera if we have any activities around the area.

Warmth welcoming, helpful hotel staff. Spotless clean and comfy rooms. Good breakfast spread, food lived up to our expectation.
